How to change window colors (vista)

Tired of the boring old window color on vista? Want a change? Ill show you how!

Step 1:

Head over to your control panel by clicking the windows button on the bottom left of your screen.

Step 2:

Click on Personalization.

Step 3:

Now click on “Windows color and appearance” at the top of the list.

Step 4:

Now simply use the color mixer and predefined colors to make the window color whatever you like.

This guide is very short and to the point, and is also fairly easy to follow.

As a suggestion, however, you may want to explain what hue, brightness, and saturation are, as it may not immediately apparent for somebody who isn't familiar with terminology such as this.

 

The guide is simple and easy to follow. You messed up with the pictures and you might wanna fix that.

This guide is very basic knowledge, most people know how to do this. I don't see why you have to go to the control panel to do this though; you can right click on the desktop and go to the color place from there. As stated above me; you might wanna explain some other features to the people.
In your second picture it says go to personalization but you have the mouse boxed out, might wanna fix that.

Nevertheless, this guide was to the point and simple which is what a guide is supposed to be. My only advice would be; try making guides on things that no one knows how to do yet.

But heres a quicker way to access that menu


Right Click Desktop

Click 'Personalize'

Click 'Windows Color and Appearance'
