I was going to buy a green partyhat off Luke sadler for $145 and because he was scammed previously i wanted to ensure him that it would never happen with me. He was still sceptical and then he suggested he would trade only if i send half first after i send half he will accept trade and then i pay the rest.

I sent the $72.50 first as agreed.. then he said he wanted also the second half ( obviously breach of the agreement ). At that point i knew he scammed and i tried to get chargeback but paypal told me it would not be possible.

i SHould have gone into msn but i was very busy at the time and was hoping for a quick deal. Its just a deal i was a little off guard
and its my own fault for losing that money.
However as we can see what type of person he is i hope he gets perm banned and his IP banned so that no one els can be scammed.
