iTeVion is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: He was selling me his so called "Coin Guide" on how he got 23 million coins.
How they scammed: Took RSGP off me without delivering the guide.

I have proof of him hiding from me calling him a scammer. I said if you block me we know you're a scammer and he did! I have proof of this and I gave him $70 worth of RSGP and he didn't give me what I paid for, I have proof of this aswell. Im sorry I dont have the original trade screenshots, computer shut down unexpectedly.

I told him that he if he blocked me while we talked about him, that would prove he was a scammer:

Ending our conversation, he still wouldn't admit it, but was getting very angry for some reason:

He then proceded to block me, even after I said if he did it would prove he was a scammer:
