Needless to say, I just dont understand how people can scam for something so pauper so little, makes me sick, makes me feel like people just want to do it for making harm to people who are in need, i really feel digusted. whatever, needless to say, I wont be using paypal again.

 

aparently the user has been active trough the morning and didnt replied my pm or has seen any of this.

I used the mail provided as his paypal adress and end up with 2 different skypes I contacted both of them, and one of the replied with aparently saying its his brother:

It has been 7 hours since I made this report, and the user was online surfing sythe for about 2 hours, I tried to contact him and he just did not reply/ignored me. can please a mod review this and ban the account. or if theres any other info I can provide, ask me about it? thanks.
