Detailed description of the events that occurred and why you disagree with the decision: I am new to Sythe and recently made my first post to promote my OSRS skills training services on my new discord server. By rules I already know, I got TWC sanction for my dynamic IP. Unfortunately, I only use my cell phone to connect to the internet.
Link to previous disputes: I have none
Anything else you wish to say: I previously had problems with my home internet, and because I didn't have enough money I couldn't afford it anymore. Right now I use 4G mobile data, which is not allowed here and I understand that but that's what I connect with on a daily basis. It would be great if you would allow me to use dynamic IP and if you need more information about me I will gladly give it to you.
