Twc Dispute

I have tried to dispute my Twc, I got the Twc because I was told I'm not on a home IP but I explained that I don't use a router I just use my phone for the internet where I live it I get better connection on hotspot, I was asked to post from a home IP but like I said I can't do that because I'm on hotspot so can my Twc be removed? I haven't broken any rules that I know of or even been on the site for long.

 

Sorry as @Techie said in your previous dispute this isn't a valid home IP, so until you're able to post from one this will be denied.
