    Disputing a false TWC

    We got a TWC for doing our services to an individual who was not so patient. His sythe ;(Leaning). The order was to complete his required stats in 2 days. We made sure the requirements would be done in the promised time, if not we would compensate. The thing is though 6 days went and we still were in the middle of training (we were very close to finishing the account). The reason for this is that we had a holiday which we did inform about to our client. After the 6th day he decided to stop the service (OSRS training service) in the middle of it and reported us (Saima is a scammer [Trade With Caution]) for scamming. While we didn't scam him obviously we had to repay him some because we did run a bit late since we said it would be completed in 2 days while taking in consideration that the person knew about the holiday, which he did. After this report we got a TWC for poor trading practices. We feel that this is all done wrongly considering the client had many flaws in him aswell, started to complain that in the first day we only got him 1 level and when he had to resupply the account it took him ages. We had not scammed anyone and we sure as hell paid him for being late which we shouldnt have done in the first place because of the ignorance of the client, but we still did and we got a TWC from agruably biased administator who quickly judged us without giving us a say in this matter admins sythe; Champ and screenshots of him quickly without any knowledge making up his mind about the correlation with the client;

    + note the way he is conducting himself regarding his staff level, unprofesional and biased.
    We were screwed in many different levels in this matter, we dont complain about it but when we get such punishment bacause of some other persons ignorance, we feel like we were wronged in the matter. I also want to add how the client himself used fake quotes and when confronted about it he dips;

    We are a new sythe bussiness and he was our first client and he sure as hell was the hardest on of them all giving no slack. We are really sorry what happened with his case it didnt go well with him but we still compensated for the so called 'damage'. We try to be as fair as possible and learn from our mistakes, having a TWC for completely non arguemented reason is just wrong.
    We really hope our case gets reviewed properly, and id wish for @Champ not to review it because our trust towards him is non-existent. Not trying to talk bad about him or say hes corrupt, he probably did alot to get where he is but on this case he acted out of ignorance and we feel like he'd very much be against us in this matter.

    Disputing a false TWC

    You gave him a timeframe of 2 days, and 6 days later he asks for another update and you tell him another 1-2 days till the service is completed. The least you could do is be nice about it, and acknowledging that you messed up / trying to compensate him for the inconvenience, and/or working things out in PM, but you didn't, and in my opinion you were extremely rude, which are the reasons why this TWC is warranted in my opinion. You were also rude to @Champ for no reason when he handled that report fairly. I'm going to deny this dispute, but you're more than welcome to dispute again in 30 days, however I recommend improving your attitude a bit towards your customers as well as getting a decent amount of vouches prior to doing so.
