    Lucid dreams?

I have lucid dreams very regularly. When I was younger, I used to never be aware that I was in a dream and never have control of what was happening. Now I am getting more and more aware, as well as more control over what I am dreaming. I can sometimes control what happens or will happen next and am almost always aware that I'm dreaming.

I'm not going to share any dreams as many are too complex and many I have forgotten. Sorry :/

    Lucid dreams?

This is true. I like to think of lucid dreaming as a hobby. There are many things you can do to induce lucid dreams; reality checks while you are awake, thinking about dreaming before you sleep, and most importantly keeping a dream journal. When I first started to experiment with lucid dreaming, I found it frustrating that I could not induce any, but if you keep consistent, you will eventually start to have more and more control and awareness whilst you are dreaming. You may not be able to control every aspect of your dream to do any thing you want, which I have rarely done, but you will eventually be able to control certain things, and work your way up to full control. Hope this helps.

    Lucid dreams?

ON family Guy, Chris said he always imagines a "red-ball" once he sees it he knows hes dreaming. So maybe that could be a trick?

    Lucid dreams?

I've only done it once. I was at my school and I had the ability to walk on walls, and I knew it was lucid because 1) I vividly remember it and 2) I knew I could change it to be however I wanted, so I changed to walking through walls, but then it got away from me, and I ended up rushing out of school because I forgot something and I woke up :X

    Lucid dreams?

I've only had one in my life time, and I still remember it to this day.

It consisted of me and my dad being in a massive robbery in a shopping mall, and this guy helped us get out, took us through a back door way and eventually gave us his email, and then we split off.

I know it was lucid because afterwards I spent a long time trying to remember the email to try it in real life (Like I knew it was a dream, and I wanted to test out if it was real).

and yeah, I sent an email to the specific email I remembered ( which was [email protected], and havn't had a reply since, I can only think that eventually someone will make the email in the future, and who knows what happens from there :\

    Lucid dreams?

I had one, I'd say about a week or 2 ago. I wasn't really at a place specifically notable, but I was outside in this neighborhood, and I noticed that I was dreaming.

I told myself "am i really dreaming? I'm gonna try to hurt myself to see if I really am." So I tried to pinch my arm, and it actually did hurt. But I woke up like a couple of minutes later and I, then, knew that it wasn't real, and I remember what it feels like to have one.

I didn't have a lucid dream that I can recall, until about 2 years ago when I was 16.
