A pardon for previous actions

I'm just going to give this one last shot, no more half-story slanted-in-my-favor bullshit. This is the honest truth.

I joined in 2005. Banned because of an old vB error. No dispute. Back in these days, I was extremely interested in getting accounts any way, as fast as possible.
Hacking and phishing were not out of my reach, I didn't care about what happened to the other person. These two are the ones I cannot stress enough I will never do again now that I know about the legal consequences and how Sythe does not tolerate either.

I joined in 2008 after RS2C went completely defunct. I got banned once for infraction accrual. Pshynosis banned me (<3 Pshynosis) for almost a month before my dispute solved the problem. After coming back, I was not welcome. I requested an IP ban from the now-banned Shredderbeam. He didn't ban me, he only blocked my IP.

I am not responsible for the use of 'Konner' during the Summer of 2009. Check the IPs if still possible. I still have no clue who would have access to my shit.

I contributed a bit to the majority of the Off Topic sections. I've sold a few accounts on here, done a few trades, etcetera...
Recently, I've been considering opening up shop finally and earning my respect. I've donated $50 finally. I want to create a positive legacy in the near future.
I really want to help liven up the Other Games section, it's a promising and underused portion of Sythe. There a lot of things I really want to do, I hope I am allowed to do them though. Just being on Sythe enlightens me about things I did not know. I've learned quite a bit and taught others a few things.

I just ask for an official answer on whether I can stay or not, and for my phishing and hacking days to be excused/pardoned. I believe I'm considered to be a ban evader, 'Konner' was banned after all. I've been 'evading' for 7 months. It's now or never, might as well try now.
