The payment was done via family/friends and I contacted PayPal and they said the refund should be instant. I even tested it out with a friend to make sure, we did goods and services and friends and family. http://imgur.com/CrImxaI

Those screenshots make me look like the villain but after waiting so long and ridiculously slow response times then to being ignored, I was fed up. And then after this, my bubble bursted.

To be called "shady" and a "liar" when you run an ELO boosting place for 3 years and finish an order so slowly and have such terrible win-loss ratio and blaming "MMR" is saddening because your boosters are all in dynamic queues. (9W-12L)

To accuse me of such things when trying to charge me more when you didn't win a single game in D2 is shady.
