DT is not, sorry for any inconvenience, Gloves on the other hand, i did my research into that and i could not get rune gloves unless i got 14 defense which i did not what to do, although i could have goten adamant gloves, i found the "Regen bracelet" has better stats then adamant gloves so i use that for maximum out come.
