If you can give me a list of the actual pre-requisites you need for it, or your current progress I could give you a detailed quote.
RFD is the longest quest in the game and it has over 30 pre requisites, as well as requisites for finishing it. Some quests have skill level requirements such as Legends quest which also requires 107 quest points to be started (as well as several 50's in some skills)

to be precise, this order is extremely long if there are no pre-quests done and skills have to be leveled to quest. You also need 175 quest points to COMPLETE RFD so it's entirely reliant on the number of quest points you have currently.

 

The issue, as mentioned above, is that we don't know what quests or skills you have. Making it even harder to quote you, 250M is my estimate considering *ALL* the work that needs to be done.
