Lost my number with 2FA on it to access account

Its been a while since i logged into the account. Sythe name was "Gladion" I have access to the registered email and know the password to the account. I believe and i vaguely remember who i donated to also,

can you please help me as i don't have access to the registered mobile number and i cant remember what it was.
