First and foremost, I've been apart of the League Of Legends Name Sales for some years now, and this is the first major "problem" I hope to resolve as it is not only happening to me, but anyone with names deemed "OG." @zapx99 is a victim here as well, she can plead her case if need be as one of her names is involved with the proof.

@Hawolt is a well repped coder who has sold some services here on sythe, and was also a public figure in the name community who advertised his names through his website Index .

A bit of background on Hawolt:

Hawolt worked alongside Naeng, who doesn't have a sythe profile (to my knowledge.) Hawolt is the leader, Naeng essentially reaped the benefits from being friends with Hawolt. I began talking with Naeng when they had a discord that advertised new names they had grabbed that expired from inactivity. Naeng and I came to an agreement that if I sold names he'd allow me to have a cut of the sale. I asked if I could have access to the "infrastructure" Hawolt had made however he would not give me access.

Our deal was laid out as such: Naeng got new names via Hawolt's program that Hawolt didn't want. I'd advertise the names. Negotiate price with customer and Naeng. Customer would pay me, Naeng would give me account info, I'd keep my cut and give Naeng the rest. All of this ran smooth with no problems at all and I wish to leave no negative rep on Naeng's name as this is just a back story to get to the proof. This led up to a time (Oct. - Nov. 2019) when Riot had changed something that effected Hawolt's program from being able to successfully grab names. Hawolt / Naeng had relayed to me that Hawolt does not want to rebuild the program, or simply doesn't have the time or motive to do so. Naeng then gave me a bulk list of names to sell, with a larger cut if sold since he was out of the name business. This gave me the idea to go directly to the source and ask if he'd sell me the key. We came to an agreement being if he rebuilds the "infrastructure," that he'd get 50% cut of each name sale. I have clipped that entire chat to have Screenshot the bulk account statement included as it is key to a later point being made.

So time goes by, nothing comes about other than "I'm out of town, I'm too busy" which is reasonable given it was Holiday season and idk the dudes life, were all busy. Screenshot
Recently (1/21) I had purchased the name "Superman" from @skillshotz in which he moved the account over to an alternate account of mine.

Today (1/27) I had sold the name to an IRL friend and @zapx99 was going to swap it between the two accounts for us. That is when it was turbo'd during transfer.

So as you search "Superman" on NA, Screenshot you get this. If you go to the recent match, it'll show its name that was played up until a new game is played with the new name, thus being Screenshot. As you can see, there are multiple sbdog#### names. Coincidence? sure.

@zapx99 being the one helping me swap, had also had a name recently stolen. This name being "Bless" on NA. So lets search bless on the league client. Screenshot this is the profile you get, and if you look at the recent match history Screenshot , sbdoggy####. coincidence? We have the same turbo-er in this case.

This is where Naeng comes into play. Like I said, I want no bad rep on Naeng's name, however I must use his messages to assist me here. As I mentioned before, Naeng had access to the same program, proven credible based on Hawolt's replies above pictured in the print screens. A day before I reached out to Hawolt (12/20) Naeng sent me the bulk list of names to sell. I will block out passwords to ensure the accounts aren't tampered with, but the IGN and login ID will be shown. Screenshot

Now if you look at the bottom 3 names, [Redacted] : These names have the same format, random combo name, and two #s. I can, as well @zapx99 can vouch that PORKTURBO49 belonged to Naeng / Hawolt's store. If you look at these three accounts listed at the bottom into detail, they all have Miss Fortune as the bot games played, as well as the icon choice. They were also all leveled to 7-8, and were last played in July 16 2019 like "PORKTURBO49" or now "Stun" on NA.

TLDR: Hawolt is indeed a turbo-er, and it sucks that he can't use his intelligence for the better of things.
