Cardinal scamming me......

so basically this guy offered me to my strength from 85 to 99 as seen here

he then took the 10m and never came active on my account to do my strength and when i ask him why he ignores me....However he did reply too Sl0ta a trusted member of sythe as seen here http://img94.imageshack.us/img94/3102/screendkz.jpg

now this guy thinks he can scam inactive sythe members and that he will get away with it, i hope i have provided enough information so that serious action can be taken against him.

Note: I am not the first to file a report against him Smile has filed a report too.
