I can help with some of the coding and stuff...allthough i currently have no money so i need someone who has some to get the site started Looking to make a Gaming/Real life/ etc. Web site. what can't you pay for, the URL purchase and monthly Hosting cost?
you can get MyBB for free, it's almost the same as vBulletin, it has lots of plug-ins and it's legal.

I can help you build/code/upload/manage a site....
and maybe invest if there is potential return/profits from it.
do you have a plan that will generate return for investors?
