Need someone to make me look cool and Ill pay you.

Title sums it up decently. I basically haven't a clue about graphic designs on here and need someone creative to pretty much think it all up for me. I am going to be looking for a signature and possibly an avatar (you can get avatars right?). However I don't know what needs to go in my signature. I'd like my epic 20 vouches to be displayed in it somewhere and I don't know maybe my name? We'll have to talk about costs and ideas cause like I said I don't know what I want here. Also, if later on I need something added to the sig, am I able to get it easily added later on without having to re-do the whole thing? (cause I might try and get into a BA leeching team on sythe and advertising in my sig my help).

So if you think you can help out I'm am open for ideas. Nothing mind blowingly epic though. I am on a budget. (Not willing to spend more than $20, preferably less though)
