    WTB 2300+ RS Account Cheap
    Hello sythe! I am just looking to get back into RS (been about a year or two so I am sure I need some catching up) and am looking to buy a decently high main account fairly cheap.
    I am completely willing to use a Trusted OMM, however will not deal with anyone who is not repped (rs accounts are all too easy to recall)

    What I am Looking For:
    Main Account 2300+ skills
    Lava Cape is always nice (is this still the best cape)
    Vanity is Cool But not a game changer
    No Bans/Botting on account previously


    I am looking to pay using PP (verified user obviously) but can work other things out if necessary.

    Not looking to spend very much on this as I am on a college budget but hit me up with all offers!
