Buying purple/yellow/green partyhat

I've decided to make a BIG investment in this game by buying one of the lower tier partyhats with extra money ive saved over the months.

That being said, i'm going to need some major verification of the fact you have a partyhat and that you are who you say you are, i'd like to make this deal go as smoothly as possible.

We can discuss payment methods as well, it's not really an issue as im +18 and have a few of the major methods of payment.

I'm looking to pay $350 or so for a purple partyhat, which is what i've seen posted here already. But I am willing to negotiate.

I'm not looking to buy RSGP, just the items.
