Looking to make a serious private server

Hey guys i am looking to make a serious private server That isnt crap like alot of runelocus servers out at the moment.

I am 14 years old turning 15 in 5 days and i am looking for a partner / co owner that could make forums and can code quite good if you are interested add my msn [email protected]

We will discuss what source and etc Comment if people want to help as well.

I created combattscape, And I released my server on "moparscape.org" and I released and had 16 000 downloads ... my server had 70-130 players online ( I can proof you by pming you on the creater account on mopar) .
I guess if you want to host a private server , I want to help . But you will have to host the server ... means a computer 24/7 on, or buy a vps ( i used to use a vps of 29 $/month) but I started with a very cheap vps .
you can pm you email and I can go on msn .. I swore to quit rsp long times ago but I guess I can start again .. But I need to be 100% sure you don't give up ... because I started with 1 player ...1 became 2 ... 2 became 3 .... so you need to be patience.
