    Looking to Hire For Basic Skills
    All accounts are fresh. Below are the requirements I need for an account.

    Tutorial Island must be completed
    Level 30 combat
    30 WC
    2 f2p quests done
    1 hatchet of each type left on the account excluding dragon
    1 random set of armour of any level and 1 random weapon of any level
    75 random levels in any stat of your choice

    Very basic, I don't expect the quotes to be very high.

    I will need a few of these accounts done, so you can do this more than once.
