Buying low level Obby Maul Pure [Only buying from trusted users]

As the title says I want a low level obby pure, preferably quested but if not I guess I can deal with it and do it myself.

I'll pay with 07GP or PP/Skrill/UKBT.

I'm only looking to buy from somone who is incredibly trusted. I don't have the time to make my own new account and do it myself but I'd be happy with the account being about 30-40 range and 60-70 str. I don't want to buy anything too much higher as I don't want to spend a shit tonne. Questing is a bonus so I know I'll pay for for Mith gloves with RFD blah blah blah.
I'd love a 99 skillcape too, but that's just a bonus so isn't part of my essential criteria.
