Looking to buy OS Main

[Inure]

Wanting to buy a OS Main for pvming as I come from rs3 and dont have the time to grind things again.

Things id like:
-decent stats to pvm/slayer
-Decent slayer level
-Fire cape
-Good other skill levels
-slayer helm
-Void gear

All information used upon creating account if you can including creation date, email used, any time you've changed password etc. Also no bank pin/ and if you have secret questions I must have the answer.

Would prefer no black marks either however willing to make exceptions.

Willing to do paypal, OSgp, rs3gp. We can organise a middleman also if you provide one (I will cover the costs though). Give me a fair price, let me counter offer and negotiate and we will both be happy. Also looking to build rep as a good buyer so I am serious.
