Looking to buy an iPod touch.

I recently lost mine, and it was a g1 8gb, so I don't really mind.
I'm looking into buying a new one, because I'm sick of using my android for music in my car.
It MUST be g2 or g3(aka has a speaker), must not be stolen, no cracks on the screen, I don't mind some scratches or dents on the corners from dropping or whatever. Speaker must work, the better quality and the bigger gb, the more I'm willing to pay.
I will NOT go first, unless you are a MOD/Admin. OMM could be used I guess, but you'll have to pay fee's and I'd have to approve of them.
I can do PayPal, or bank transfer.

I have a 3G 8GB iTouch I might be wanting to sell, I've babied it since I got it and it's been in a case since day 1 so there's like little to no scratches, therefore it's in excellent condition.

Oh and If I do decide to sell it I'd want to go on ebay.

no scratches on screen, speakers are perfect (never used them); mostly scratches on bank because of laying on surfaces, but nos cratches or cracks on screen or on corners.

No scratches on the front, the back has next to none either because of its case

imo, mrhappy's offer was much better as it's the same model, size and price and mrhappy's is brand new.

just so u know, 4th gen is the one with the camera and i'm pretty sure no one is selling one on sythe atm.
