PayPal question.

Hey everyone!

I have a question, please help me out if you can. I just transferred to this community from rsbot.org and it seems awesome so far, so many sections and large market. Now, i was wondering how can i make unlimited PayPal for sending/receiving funds that doesn't need to be verified with credit/debit card? I heard that some countries have that, could you please help me out with this ? In my country we can send money, but we cannot receive it and i would like to sell my Runescape account and buy Steam.

You can make an Australian paypal account?
2,500 Spending limit. Don't need too be verified.

But how do i enter info, just some random info or what ?

EDIT: Just made Australian PayPal account, does it say somewhere about spending limit or it's not shown ?
EDIT2: Found it : "Your Sending Limit is: $150.00 USD" Awesome, that should be enough, thx for help!

 

If you try Canadian or UK, the sending limit is much larger.
