Looking to buy a ready to go Main

I've recently taken an interest in 07 and after swapping gold between 07 and rs3 ive got 250m on an 07 mule account.

I'm ideally looking for the following.

90+ Combat
52+ prayer
80+ slayer
80+ Mage
Most main quests done.

And finally an untouched bank with all items like runes, arrows, pots etc... i see so many accounts these days that have been resold and had banks dropped etc. I don't want any of that, I am happy to make up the cost of the bank in GP but i dont want the hassle of remaking the bank without a grandexchange.

Ideally looking for someone who i can trust to pay through either Rs3 GP or 07 GP. Knowing i will get all of the correct account details. Do not add me if your not trusted. Paypal / Banktrasfer is also an option

For the right account i don't have a limit but i am looking to spend in the region of 200m 07 GP or equivilant in other payment options.
