Should be fine on a mid grade build with about a $1000 budget. Here’s some guidelines.

They have guidelines for lower and higher budgets as well. Although they stay updated, I’d suggest researching and comparing the parts you are interested in before purchasing them, because the site referenced most probably is sponsored by specific manufacturers.

Well if all you want to do is play RS HD a GTX 1050 TI shall cover all your requeriments, i mean you can run easy PUBG and stuff with that, no reason for a 1080 unless you want to have 4k monitor, it should be different then

If I were you, I would try and get something along this baseline =

    CPU: Ryzen 3 1300x
    GPU: 1050 ti
    RAM: 8 gb
    PSU: 400W min.

This will crush RS3 and you'll basically be able to play any game on the market. Depending on a few factors, I'm thinking you can easily spend under $600 for the build. The brands of the mentioned parts don't really matter, it's up to you to pick something; preferably with good reviews. From there all you would need is a case, an am4 motherboard, and your OS.

If you take the time to whip up a parts list, I won't mind giving you my opinion on it.

Depends on your budget and if you're looking for 4k/other games or not.

Motherboards and RAM are generally quite cheap so there's not much use going into that. Just do some searching to find a board that works well with your CPU.

I don't think a 1050 ti would be able to run things maxed out with anti aliasing (I could be wrong as I haven't seen one), but it's definitely a solid card and would at least come close enough to what you want. If you only care about RS3, there's probably no reason to spend more on a GPU.

If you're thinking of playing games like GTA V then I would personally say just go for a 1080, it'll set you up for *any* game in maxed/near max graphics for only a few hundred more. If you do this, you may as well go for 16gb of RAM since it may actually be useful and isn't that expensive.

Get a relevant power supply that meets the needs of your build (search on google for what you'd need). Always buy a good PSU because you don't want to kill all the components if your PSU breaks.
