Shockwave Flash Component Problems

Hey Im having a problem with the shockwave flash component in Visual Studio 2005.

Heres the error: "Failed to import the ActiveX control. Please ensure it is properly registered."

I get this everytime I drag the control onto the form

any ideas for a possible fix?
