Recovering Locked Account, PLEASE HELP!

I recently purchased an RS account and played on it for about a week until the account got locked. I know 100% the original owner did not attempt to recover the account. When I try to login it says account is suspected of being stolen. I think I am getting this because the user I purchased the account off of lives in a different state and the area change might make it look like the account got stolen. I was wondering if anyone has any tactics or tips for recovering the account, I know almost all the info but my recovery has been declined 5 times already. Thank you.

 

This happens sometimes, I had it happen a few times to me. You'll need him to recover the account back into his own details, and then transfer them to your own again. After that, it shouldn't get locked.

 

What do you mean back into his own details?

 

They'll ask him to register an email of his, likely the original one (if the account is an email login). After that, he can once again transfer the registered email over to you. Basically he's recovering it into his possession, so that JaGeX will unlock it for him, and then giving it right back to you.

It has already hapenned to me and had to send 8 attempt to get it succesful! Give them as much as you can!

 

Failed once again this is about to be my 8th try.

 

Geeez, I didn't know that after 5+ tries your odds got any better, unless you are just using more information I'm the recov.

 

I've had this before as well. You just need the original owner to recover it and give it back to you.

 

its like a 20% chance u get the account back...

 

Dude stop trying to recover it yourself, they might blacklist your ip.
Just contact the original owner and ask him to recover it for you, which shouldn't be a problem since you trust him.

 

I recovered one account by sending messege that i moved to other country.

 

I let the original owner recover it and I got the recovery accepted within 5 minutes of submitting the form.
