How to add photos and vouches?

Hey all, I am new here and I am currently offering a service. How can I add a vouch button and add photos of my completed work to my thread?

Vouch button: when you have a picture, highlight it and click the link button and paste your vouches link
Photo: Click the image right of the smiley face and insert the image address
