In order to lock in your favor at 100%, you must have completed the client of kourend quest and started the miniquest for the alliances. If you want me to do the quest for you, simply add 200k to the price!

Prices:

• Arceuus House 2m gp. Comes with Kourend teleport unlock.
• Piscarilius House: 2m gp. 30 crafting & 15 hunter required. Add 500k to price if you want me to get requirements for you.
• Hosidius House: 2m gp. (Add 500k for Ironmen if you do not have 400-500 saltpetre).
  
• Lovakengj House: 2m gp. 42 Mining required.
• Shayzien House: 1.5m gp. Pures or skillers add 500k.
• ALL houses: 7m gp! 42 mining, 30 crafting, 15 hunter required.

Client of Kourend is required. I can go first for trusted members. Partial payment will be required only after each individual house favor is done.

For the 6m for all option, do you lock them all in? And how long would all 5 houses take?

 

All locked of course. It depends on your stats (i.e. 65 cooking on hosidius house can get favor done 20mins faster). Usually all 5 favors can be done within 6-8 hours in one session if I have full access to the account and a time is scheduled where I can do the service without interruption. I would provide screenshots or reply to any PM in game upon request to give an update on the status of the order.

 

A HUGE vouch for michael exp's extremely professional Zeah service. He gathered favour for all 5 houses, did 2 new quests and also went out of his way to get me two Xeric Talismans.
