    Looking for tutorials.
    Im in search of C# tutorials thats arent based around using an IDE like visual studio. Im looking for tutorials where you do everything from scatch. I appreciate any help

    C# is a language that was made for Visual Studio and the .Net framework. What were you hoping to use instead?

    You could look into WPF, XML for GUI and you could just use one of those smaller IDE's.
