Well, I have recently came up with an idea, on getting free runescape membership pins.

My first question is, can ip's be charged? If not, then great! If so, then I already set up a proxy on my connection to relay the ip every so often using a program.

Hmm, that was my only question I think. If I remember the other question, I'll post it.

EDIT: I remember now, when I was checking my ip over and over and it was always different, without using a proxy site. When I log in and out and in and out of runescape, my ip doesn't change however. Anyone mind explaining this?

Just because this is kind of runescape related, does that mean it is going to get locked? It is mainly about proxies and such so yeah.

 

IPs can be tracked even if a proxy is being used. Although you can not charge an IP.
