It is not a persons fault if your account is banned using their bot. For all we know, you could have suicided your account the day before, and get banned from that. I'm surprised FireZ and Pitbull even offered to do this for you.

Your rules make no sense. Report away I guess, I'm just stating my personal opinion.

P.S. FireZ is probably the most trusted skiller you're going to get (moderator), not sure why you turned him down.

 

I don't bot on my accounts, so that disprooves your first theory. If somebody bots like a moron on my account and it results in a ban, it is 100% their fault. And once you have a bit of trust, having excess is un-nesscerary. Pitbull seems trustworthy enough to me, and is willing to do it for nearly half the price. I'm not paying more because somebody wasted more time gaining trust.

 

While I may not agree with FireZ price either, I was talking about trust. But yes, Pitbull is clearly a better choice if it's half the price. I've done work with Pitbull before, he's botted for me twice (got me 99 Cooking), he's trustworthy too.

But you can't hold him responsible if you're banned. Also, reporting him won't do anything. I'm not exactly sure what that organization is that you threatened to report anyone who got you banned is, but I'm guessing they won't give a shit because this is against the games rules. Therefore you will be in just as much trouble as he will.

 

The IC3 is an Anti-Internet Crime Assosciation, people have been pushed through suits from this site before using the IC3.

It's completely different. If someone scams, then they should be reported. If you're banned, it's not the persons fault. It's that Jagex was paying attention to your account or whatever. You can not hold that person responsible.

I'm searching the rules now, trying to find a rule on that, but no luck. I'll post a suggestion about how there should be a rule about this (you can not report/ask for a refund and compensation if you're banned).

 

Sorry FireZ, pitbull is still offering it for cheaper. The rules are to help ensure that, like i said, the person i'm paying doesn't just 24\7 bot me for a week, get me banned, then say 'Bad Luck' and walk away with my money.
