85 - 99 Attack
90 - 99 Strengh (99 would be big help)
60 - 80 Defence (70 is perfect)
? - ? HP level depends on your account
85 - 99 Range
70 + Prayer (Having the new prayers would kick ass, not needed)
94 - 99 Mage
HIGH SUMMONING if possible

I DO NOT NEED ANY GOLD ON THE ACCOUNT, so if there is GOLD on the account i will not pay ridicoulous ammounts of money for it, ethier included it with the account as a bonus, or we can discuss a price i could pay.

Also not all other skills must be over 60 or 70, or close to it
there must be over 200 QP with all major quests done
