Small script needed, paying good

I need a quick script that I can use to auto post Kijiji ads every 30 minutes. It should:

-Delete the old ad every time
-Enter all the form information as I set it
-Be capable of choosing an image. I can give you a DTM of my image in the choose file dialog if you use simba
-No captchas or email verification, just simple clicking and typing

Running in the background and not controlling my mouse would be cool, but its not needed.

I did have one I wrote using simba, but it ran pretty bad since I only put 20 minutes into it

Language doesn't matter, I think doing it in SRL/Simba whatever is easiest, but you can do it in Brainf*** if you want.
