Is RSGoldUS.com a scam?

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I need feedback.

I sold my account to rsgoldus.com 23 days ago, and they promised payment in 20 days max. Customer service will not give me the billing departments email and will not pay me, they keep saying wait 16-20 days.

Has anyone sold to them before?

 

Maybe they only pay when the account has sold like Gold4Fun do etc, or it could be a scam...

 

They said even if they account doesn't sell, they
ll pay you in 16-20 days. It's been 23. And now when I contact customer service, they don't reply to me.

 

do they have a live chat? maybe contact an other operator and ask about it

 

I've spoken to 4 of their operators... they all tell me the same thing. I'll take a chat transcript next time I attempt to get my money

 

Just recover the account

 

I don't think I can. They put you through steps like changing the email, removing recoveryquestions, etc... and its been over 20 days

 

If you're the original owner, you can. However contact the site again, and try sort out the issue. If they are legitimately not paying you, then recover it.

 

alright, I am talking to them now and will post a transcript. It's a site run by mmocom.com. They have 5-6 different sites that link together just with different names.

edit: thanks for the advice, I forgot to save transcript but I was able to recover my account as well as the dummy email I created for the website.

 

WTG, now just try sell on PlayerAuctions maybe.

In a sense.

I purchased 6m @ $23USD, you have to provide a phone number and they WILL call you to confirm your email address and characters name in game.

I got my gold after 1hr and 30 mins,

after I received my gold, I was told that I was entitled to 10% extra (so 10% of 6m is 600k), and all I had to do was receive a call from someone. This guy said trade all my 6m back and I would get 6.6m.

It was the stupidest scam in the world, I was talking to this guy and hearing this long winded explanation of why I should trade it back.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND RSGOLDUS, go with a safer option

They wouldnt even answer me just as i was about to give all my account details to be sold to them. I held out on the recoveries & JAG, & asked them to confirm they would pay. They just kept saying "Give us the account now" to all my questions about their payment confirmations. Suspicious max level.

 

Scammed me 80$..
