Looking for someone who may know how this dupe works

Someone on my server has found a bunch of dupe methods, and we've patched most of them. We just can't figure out how in the hell this is done, anyone know how this is done?

he could of just made a video then cut it and turned it into a gif to scare you, doubt it's a real one lol

 

No his accounts were banned with extremely crazy amount of items, he found 5 dupes and then decided to keep this one to himself, still can't figure it out

 

he might of done it just to paranoia you

 

Your responses are irrelevant, like I said, he knows the dupe glitch, so if anyone knows how it works, I'd be willing to pay only after you've shown that it is possible.
