Looking for an artist

I am currently looking for someone to make a custom picture for me. The picture would be of 4 cats and 4 dogs sitting next to eachother in a cartoonish format. I can send pictures of all of them for an idea of how they looked. This will be a gift for my mother I will have printed on a blanket and all these animals have passed away, so I'm only looking for a serious and talented artist.
