Well title says it all, I am using a phpBB forum and want a custom style for it, will be paying you, we can talk about price and details over msn or skype. Please post here if you are interested.

 

I'm very interested, I'm pretty good at customizing most CMS's and most forums after I find out how they work and where the custom files are.

PHPBB i've worked with before, and i've had some pretty nice outcome of templates. I will admit though I cannot get way too creative and overboard to the point where it's insanely amazing, but I am well worthy of creating a custom template that will match your forum board, and fit your needs.
