His price of 20mill is already ALOT cheaper than any other service has to offer. Dropping the price even further is pretty ridiculous since your profits can easily be 50m+. Obviously there will always be someone with no vouches who will do it cheaper.

 

It always seems a little dodgy when the price is extremely low though but I do agree that you shouldn't be asking for a lower price from someone who is offer a price that is like 2/3 times cheaper than other people.
