Looking for some new contacts

Hello. ive been luring off and on for a bit now and i want to step up my game. I need some spesfic type of people. I need people who have a list of contacts. these contacts would be people who plays alot of the time on rs3 (maybe 07) and have a long history of gambling/staking. these people are easier to lure therefore they are good targets.
