what's the best thing to do here...

I got a free account (lvl 58 f2p) and I don't want it to get locked. I was thinking of changing recoveries in a week or two. The person who gave it to me quit runescape so I don't think he will try to get it back. The only thing I have changed so far is the password, if I do anything else what are the chances of it getting locked?
