Looking for some 1 to make me a runescape tracker site

ok im looking to buy some 1 to make me a tracker site abit like www.runetraxx.nl
or runemonkey search this one on google to see it i want sections where i can add guides ect for myself

i want this to be like runetraxx where it takes the username from highscores and shows progress per day by gmt so it would reset every day at 12

iit only records usernames that join the site from highscores on runescape
