My TOS and Refund Policy

2. I am not be responsible for any bans or stats reset, our service is 100% hand done!
3. Don‘t log in during the service.
4. You must change the password after the service is completed
5.You must inform me, if any1 else than you was on the account in the past 72h
6. you must remove all wealth and unneeded items on the account.
7. If you break any of this terms, you are not eligible for a refund.
8. a MM can be used if you don‘t want to go first. You‘ll cover fees.
9. If we don’t tell you a timeframe, it is only a roughly estimated time. Due to any problems IRL, the time needed can exceed the ETA. if this happens, you'll be notified.

My Refund Policy:
- If you decide to cancel your order during the service, you get a partial refund of the xp‘s remaining.
- If we are unable to complete your order, you‘ll be refunded the amount what is left!
- The order will be cancelled if you are logging into the account during the service.
- We are not responsible for any status (HCIM, Mod, etc.) loss.
