Looking for Simple Discord bot(s)

Hey there,

Looking for someone to install/make a or multiple discord bot(s).
I am starting a Discord server but want it all running smoothly. So you would also need to setup the bots.
Looking for a price for the whole job, not paying you per hour.

What I need:
- New users that join need to only see one channel with the rules, then click an Emoticon before they can continue to the full server.
- A user friendly system so users can invite others. The invited need to be tracked. Every user will have a counter for how many people they have invited are in the server. Only the people that were invited and are still in the server should be counted here.
- A bot that automaticly assigns ranks to users. For example, if a person has X invites, the user is awarded a new rank.
- A simple giveaway bot. Can use a current giveaway bot named 'GiveawayBot'.
- For certain giveaways, only users with a certain role are able to participate.
