The lend lure

Not sure if luring guides are allowed on Sythe, so apologies if they aren't.

Also, apologies if this has already been posted.

Basically, you can take lent items into the wilderness. You can't equip them, but you can take them in.

So; what to do.
Borrow an expensive item from someone.
Ask them to box you in the wildy for a youtube video or something.
Take the expensive item into wildy, start boxing them.
Halfway through, freeze them, equip a weapon or something, right click lent item > return, will go into their invent.

Kill them, enjoy your new item.

Edit; I forgot this bit.
Remind them to take food, to make it last longer. If it's worth more (price checker wise) than the food, ask them for a 3 item fight.

 

Nice idea but the items go to the GE unless they changed that. If they do go to the items it should work, just make sure they don't have prayer or anything.

What's that prayer you can use to take away theirs?

Can't remember the name, but I guess that would work. Especially if you take p pots, and they take food. They'll be eating cos they're scared, and prayer will run out much faster than food.

Wait how does this work? If you return an item doesnt it go to return box NOT inventory?

 

Damn that's a really clever and simple lure. Better take advantage of it before jagex patches it and doesn't allow lent items to even cross the wildy border...

 

if you use the item on the player it will send the item to their inventory. (this only works for *borrow until logout*)
