How can I make this better in PvP?

Hey everybody, I was just wondering what I could do to make this account do better in PvP worlds?

This is my plan for now:
1. Get 35 magic so I can teleport everywhere.
2. Woodcut/Mine/Fish to get some extra gp
3. Get membership and buy cannon to get fast ranged exp.
4. Get Ranged level to 40 so I can wear Green D'Hide
5. Go to PvP world and kill some peeps.

I need to know what combat stats to get in order to make this pker as effective as it can get.

Going to be range tank?Try getting vengeance being low lvl.

 

40 defense...99 range and magic.

Don't know much, but a range tank for sure.

 

Cannon may be fast range exp. But it is like 20k xp max per 1k cannon balls. I did soul wars. Got 300 zeals and that got me 41-72 range

 

it would be goog to get 40 def. 70+ range. any mage you want

 

You might as well max-out Range, Magic, and Defense as well as getting 52 Prayer. The requirements to use Vengeance would be nice too.

 

I was thinking about raising my prayer, and I probably will as the benefits greatly win against gaining 5-6 combat levels.

 

The most legit stats would be - 1 att 1 str 70 def 90+ range/mage
