Questions from first time rs3 gp buyer

Greetings everybody. Returning back to the game after a few years and looking to buy around 2bil to catch myself up. Before buying from a buyer, I had a few questions to help protect my almost completionist account.

1. Are all RWT bans perma bans from the first offence or is there a warning?

2. What are the best ways to avoid RWT bans? Staking with mules? Straight trades? Moving cash across multiple accounts and funneling into main?

3. Do any sellers on this site typically follow ways to help buyers not get flagged for RWT? Or are most the typical trading from level 3 mules?

4. Is 2B too much as a first time buyer? I never trade with anyone in game so I don't know if I would immediately flag for RWT due to this.
