Buying Main $$

I'm looking to purchase a 2007 account with high combat stats(ideally maxed), average to above average skilling stats, and most if not all important quests completed. Yes, I'm buying an account because I'm lazy, want to play rs again, and would rather pay for all the hard-work instead lol.

I'm only willing to do deals with people who have a good amount of credibility, vouches etc.

To pay for this I'd ideally be using my verified paypal account, although it seems paypal isn't too highly praised on here from my initial takes. If a trustable seller and I come to an agreement I'd be willing to setup whatever payment they would want/put anything needed on my paypal payment. I don't have any real budget on this as I don't have any true constraints as to what I'm looking for except to buy a good account from a trustable person.
